06/02/2011

If you would like to make  your own natural skin care products that work and will not cause irritations to your skin here are some examples.  .  I just came across these products that are every day items that you have in your kitchen cabinets

Baking Soda

Shampoo  Mix one 16 oz. container with 2 tablespoons baking soda the rest fill up with warm water and stir until all baking soda is dissolved .  Wet your hair pour mixture over your head and massage into scalp and hair
Rinse well
Follow with an Apple Cider Rinse.  I use Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar .
One 16 oz container 2 tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar the rest fill up with cool water and pour over head.  Massage scalp and hair then rinse with cool water

Soothing Bath  Pour 1 cup Baking Soda into running bath in warm water and soak it  helps the skin and it also helps if you have allergies of the skin to stop itching

Shower Wash  Same as Shampoo recipe 2 tablespoons Baking Soda in a 16 oz container with warm water .  Mix until well dissolved  Get into the shower dip the wash cloth into the container and wash your body ,rinse afterwards.

Deodorant    Mix 2 Tablespoons Baking Soda plus 1 Table spoon Cornstarch mix  together and use about a teaspoon  to a table spoon  under each arm pit

Moisturizer:

Facial Moisturizer  smash a ripe banana mix with a teaspoon of olive oil and pat on face
leave on face for a few minutes then rinse with warm water.  This also helps with controlling
                facial wrinkles

Rough Heels:  Use the inside part of a banana peel and rub on the rough cracked heel and massage into skin

They say you can use the banana peel for poison ivy, chicken pocks they say that it will relieve the itch right
away..  If you have an itchy spot each time you want to reapply  the banana peel wipe down the area before you reapply the peel

Pure Apple Cider Vinegar for insect bites and bee stings just pour a little on a cotton ball or paer towel and put onto effected spot

Easy Natural Air Freshner   in a pretty martini glass fill with baking soda  Rose petals & a teaspoon or two of cinnamon  it smells heavenly
